Meg’s story

MegMeg was found abandoned outside the centre early one morning, she was tied to the railings with some rope, her weight was about one third of what is should have been, and Meg was very close to death.

The staff at the centre have put in a lot of time and effort nursing Meg back to health, sadly the staff at the centre are very experienced at dealing with neglected and abused animals, and after initial tests and a thorough examination a programme of special care was embarked on.

Meg is one of the lucky ones, many cats, dogs and other small animals don’t make it to the centre. The RSPCA centre on Clough Road, does everything it can to help animals like Meg, but they can not do this with out your help.

Meg is now happily back to full health, she is enjoying life again, the staff at the centre can not do this work without your generosity making it possible.

PLEASE HELP US TO HELP MORE ANIMALS LIKE MEG THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE WITH YOUR GENEROUS DONATIONS

The centre is a seperate charity and as such has to raise its own running costs each year.
